Our Mission

faithed exists to glorify God by creating a digital space where believers can connect, grow, and serve together in Christ. We are a Christ-first platform that prioritizes allegiance to Jesus above all denominational, doctrinal, or theological divisions.

While we welcome Christians from all traditions and backgrounds, our foundation is Jesus Christ and His teachings. We believe unity in Christ is possible even amid theological diversity (Ephesians 4:3-6).

Community Standards

To maintain a safe, edifying environment for all believers, we ask every member to uphold these standards:

Respect & Kindness

• Speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) - Engage in discussions with grace and humility
• Assume the best - Give others the benefit of the doubt in their intentions
• Welcome diversity - Embrace believers from different denominations, cultures, and backgrounds
• Practice patience - Remember we're all at different stages in our faith journey

Prohibited Conduct

• No hate speech or harassment - Content that demeans, attacks, or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or theological position is strictly prohibited
• No bullying or intimidation - Targeting individuals with repeated negative interactions, threats, or coordinated harassment
• No explicit or inappropriate content - Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content glorifying self-harm
• No spam or scams - Misleading promotions, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities
• Authentic identity required - Impersonating others, creating fake accounts, or misrepresenting your identity

Content Policies

Theological Diversity Welcomed

faithed celebrates the rich diversity of the global Church. We welcome perspectives from:

• All Christian denominations (Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, etc.)
• Various theological traditions (Reformed, Arminian, Pentecostal, etc.)
• Different eschatological views (Pre-trib, Post-trib, Amillennial, etc.)
• Diverse worship styles and spiritual practices

What we ask: Present your views respectfully. Debate ideas, not people. Acknowledge that sincere Christians can disagree on secondary matters while united in Christ (Romans 14:1-4).

What We Will Not Tolerate

• Spiritual exploitation or manipulation - "Seed faith" scams, false prophecies for financial gain, or coercing vulnerable individuals
• False authority claims - Claiming to speak with divine authority to control or manipulate others
• Psychological or spiritual abuse - Using Scripture to justify abuse, manipulation, or controlling behavior
• Promotion of heretical or anti-Christian movements - Groups that deny core Christian orthodoxy (the Trinity, Christ's divinity, salvation by grace, etc.)

Enforcement & Consequences

When guidelines are violated, we take measured action to protect our community while offering opportunities for restoration:

We evaluate each situation individually and consider factors like intent, context, and history. Our goal is always restoration when possible (Galatians 6:1).

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

1. Use the Report button - Available on all posts, comments, and profiles
2. Select the violation type - Choose the most appropriate category
3. Provide context - Brief explanation helps our moderation team understand the issue
4. Submit - Reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours by our team

All reports are confidential. The reported person will not know who submitted the report.

Appeals Process

We recognize that mistakes can happen. If you believe enforcement action was taken in error:

1. Review the decision - Check the notification explaining why action was taken
2. Submit an appeal - Email [email protected] within 14 days
3. Include details - Explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered
4. Wait for review - A different moderator will review your appeal within 5-7 business days

Appeals are handled fairly and impartially. We're committed to getting decisions right.
